We want you to love your Jaded London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all security tags still attached.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Jaded London labels and hygiene seals are intact.

  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
